Intarsia cardigan

Like an artist’s palette, the front of this pattern knitted in IDEAL yarn represents a colourful, stylised landscape. We like this fine-knit, round-necked cardigan that will go with so many different outfits. It’s great for school because it’s light and easy-care. It is knitted on 3 mm and 3.5 mm needles. You will also need some round stitch-markers to mark the armholes.

Stitches used: moss stitch, stocking stitch and Jacquard. Don’t forget to make up little balls of yarn and cross the yarns over every time you change colour.

Machine wash on wool cycle, tumble dry.
